NHS North Lincs Talking Therapies supports individuals experiencing symptoms of common mental health problems through one-to-one therapies, also referred to as individual therapy.

NHS North Lincs Talking Therapies offers the following individual therapies:

  • Low intensity psychological interventions, based on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) principles, offered by our psychological wellbeing practitioners (PWP).
  • CBT and eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) delivered by our CBT therapists.
